We use a variety of different types of transport depending on the size of your order , ranging from our own fleet of vehicles to our partner parcel and pallet carriers. Once we have your goods in stock we will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.

Lead Time
Delivery can take up to 28 days from the date of your order. Many items are available from stock, and may well be available on a shorter lead time. Most windows are made to order, however should you have an urgent requirement then please let us know and we will see what we can do for you.

Receipt of Your Goods
Your order will come complete with a delivery note, which we would ask you, upon receipt of goods, to check for accuracy and damage. If any damage is seen, please ensure that the delivery note is signed accordingly.
